FormAgent Guide focuses on providing government affairs consultation services, helping residents and businesses understand and handle various administrative procedures, including but not limited to immigration, taxation, social security, business registration, and other government affairs. Our platform aims to simplify complex administrative processes through AI technology, providing accurate and timely government affairs information and guidance.

To access and use the Services, you must register for a FormAgent Guide account ("Account"). You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete account information.

To open and maintain an Account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction (including age requirements).

Certain features of the Services may only be accessible and usable after payment of applicable fees. Unless expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law, fees paid are non-refundable and payment obligations are non-cancellable.

You are responsible for all taxes other than FormAgent Guide's income taxes. Fees and expenses do not include taxes, levies, or duties.

Your subscription term begins when you register for your Account and is the billing cycle you select for your Account.

Unless you downgrade or cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew on the same plan (or a successor plan if no longer available) for a term equal to your current subscription term.

You may only use your Account and the Services (i) for lawful purposes; and (ii) in accordance with these Terms and documentation.

You may not use or access the Services in violation of the Fair Use Policy. Additionally, you may not:

• Sell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, or rent the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Services
• Copy, modify, create derivative works, or remove proprietary notices
• Conduct security or vulnerability testing of the Services
• Use the Services to develop products or services that compete with FormAgent Guide
• Use the Services for high-risk activities or upload or transmit Sensitive Personal Data
• Use AI Features to develop foundation models or other large models that compete with FormAgent Guide
• Use AI Features in a manner that violates technical documentation, usage guidelines, or parameters
• Use AI Features to make automated decisions that may adversely affect individual rights without appropriate human oversight
• Use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, pornographic, defamatory, infringing, or content that violates individual privacy or public rights
• Use the Services to provide legal advice without appropriate disclaimers that the content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal consultation
• Represent Consultation Content as official government advice or legal opinions

We may from time to time provide AI Features as part of the Services. As between the parties and to the extent permitted by law, Input and Output are deemed Customer Content. Other users who provide similar Input to AI Features may receive the same or similar Output.

You understand and agree that any information obtained through using AI Features is at your own risk. Do not rely on government information in Output without independent verification. We recommend that you confirm the latest policies and requirements with relevant government departments before taking action.

Consultation Content generated through our platform is intended to provide general guidance and may not necessarily apply to your specific situation. We provide this information to help you better understand government procedures, but it cannot replace professional legal consultation or official government guidance.

Our platform specifically focuses on various government affairs processing procedures, including immigration, taxation, social security, business registration, and other areas. The information and advice provided are limited to general government affairs consultation and should not be considered legal opinions for specific cases.

You acknowledge that:

• AI Features may generate content that may not be completely accurate or may be outdated
• Information provided by AI Features may not be applicable to your specific situation
• Government policies and regulations may change, and you should rely on the latest official information
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and applicability of any Output
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Features complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Consultation Content is for informational and reference purposes only and should not be considered professional legal advice
• The platform does not provide personalized legal consultation or agency services, and all content should only be considered general information
• Any decisions made based on information from our platform are at your own risk and responsibility

We are committed to protecting your data and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We have implemented and maintain physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to protect the Services and Customer Content from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.

We use AES-256 encryption to protect data at rest and TLS 1.3 with AES-256 during transmission, ensuring your information is secure at every stage.

Your data will not be used for model training without your explicit consent. We ensure that your input data belongs solely to you and will not be used to retrain any models or shared with unauthorized third parties unless you specifically opt-in to help improve our Services.

All operations within the Services are strictly monitored and logged. Audit logs provide detailed records of all operations, giving you comprehensive visibility and analysis of activities within your Account.

Unless prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify and hold FormAgent Guide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

If FormAgent Guide is determined to be liable, its liability will be limited to the amount you have paid us for the Services. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any consequential or punitive damages.

Our Services may utilize third-party services, including but not limited to large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Deepseek, and Gemini. While we strive to ensure the reliability and quality of these services, we cannot guarantee their performance or availability. We are not responsible for any issues, errors, or limitations that may arise from using these third-party services.

FormAgent Guide is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from decisions made based on information provided by our platform. The government affairs consultation information we provide is for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for any important decisions. Government policies and regulations may change, and you should always rely on the latest official information and professional legal consultation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. All disputes related to these Terms shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties regarding this subject matter. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous discussions, proposals, and agreements between you and us regarding this subject matter.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice before the new Terms take effect. Continued access or use of the Services after the modified Terms are posted indicates your agreement to be bound by such modified Terms.
